Excellent breakfast service

Nice hotel with great wi-fi, helpful luggage storage, and a friendly 24-hour reception. On my first stay, the staff helped me with late check-in. I highly recommend it! I'm coming back for Christmas.

Our family room was spacious and the surprise breakfast spread was a delight, including eggs and turkey bacon. Just a note, the room's decor was a bit different from the photos.

Had a decent time at the Duke. The location near Hyde Park made it easy to explore. Enjoyed the breakfast offerings, with eggs and croissants daily. Staff at breakfast were friendly and attentive. The room was snug, but the bed was comfortable enough for a good night's sleep. ventilation in the room was poor, making it uncomfortably warm at times. the bathroom was quite cramped, which might not work well for everyone. The lift was small and often busy, so we used the stairs quite a bit. While I appreciated the mini fridge in the room, the overall cleanliness could improve. My room had a slight musty scent initially. Housekeeping seemed to miss some details during cleaning. Another point would be the limited plug sockets. had trouble charging devices easily. I'd recommend it for a budget stay but be prepared for some quirks.

Staying here with my family and one kid was a pleasant experience. The location is great, close to Bayswater, and our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was decent, and we appreciated the staff's friendly demeanor during our stay.

In my wife’s opinion, a bigger dining area would benefit families with children.

Perfect family get-together

We had a blast! The location was spot on, just a short walk to Hyde Park, which was awesome for the kids. The staff were super helpful. they printed our theater tickets and suggested fab places to eat. One bummer was the breakfast could've been more varied. But overall, lovely old-school vibe.
